TERMS OF SERVICE

By accessing or using the website located at aimmparalegalservices.com (the "Site") or engaging the services of Chicago Paralegal Services™, a registered trade name of AIMM Network LLC, an Illinois limited liability company, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use this Site or our services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client" or "User") and AIMM Network LLC.

Chicago Paralegal Services™ is a non-attorney-owned legal document preparation company. We are NOT a law firm and we do NOT practice law. All services are limited strictly to the preparation, typing, formatting, and organization of legal and non-legal documents as directed by the client. 

Specifically:

• We do NOT provide legal advice of any kind.
• We do NOT represent clients in court or in any legal proceeding.
• We do NOT interpret the legal effect of documents on your specific situation.
• We do NOT predict outcomes of legal proceedings.
• We do NOT recommend specific legal strategies or courses of action.

If you require legal advice, you must consult with a licensed attorney. By engaging our services, you acknowledge that you understand and accept this limitation.

Chicago Paralegal Services™ is a Debt Relief Agency as defined under 11 U.S.C. § 101(12A) of the United States Bankruptcy Code. We assist people in filing for relief under the Bankruptcy Code. We help people file bankruptcy cases. Our bankruptcy document preparation services are limited to typing and organizing petition documents as directed by the client. We do not provide legal advice regarding whether bankruptcy is appropriate for your situation, which chapter to file under, or how bankruptcy may affect your specific rights and obligations. You should consult with a licensed bankruptcy attorney for legal guidance.

You, the client, are solely and exclusively responsible for:

• Providing complete, accurate, truthful, and current information necessary to prepare your documents.
• Reviewing all completed documents for accuracy before signing, filing, or submitting them to any court, agency, or third party.
• Understanding the nature, purpose, and effect of every document you sign.
• Making all legal and strategic decisions related to your matter.
• Seeking independent legal counsel when legal advice is required.
• Meeting all applicable deadlines for filing or submission.

Chicago Paralegal Services™ bears no responsibility for any errors, omissions, or deficiencies in documents resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information provided by the client.

All service fees are disclosed in advance. Full payment or an agreed-upon deposit is required before work commences. Completed documents will not be released until payment is received in full. Our current fee schedule is available on the Site and may be updated from time to time.

By engaging our services, you agree to the fees in effect at the time of your engagement.

• A $45.00 returned check / chargeback fee applies to all returned payments. Checks only accepted by attorneys or lawfirms.
• Rush service fees apply to assignments requested with less than 24 hours' notice.
• Completed and delivered documents are non-refundable.
• Cancellations after work has begun will forfeit any deposit paid.

One (1) complimentary revision is included for corrections attributable to our preparation error. Revisions required due to client-provided errors, changed information, or changed scope are subject to additional fees. Revision requests must be submitted within five (5) business days of document delivery.

All information you share with Chicago Paralegal Services™ in connection with document preparation is treated as strictly confidential. We will not disclose your information to any third party except as required by law, as necessary to complete your requested services, or as set forth in our Privacy Policy.

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and document templates, are the property of AIMM Network LLC and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, modify, or create derivative works from any Site content without our prior written consent. Our services and document output are prepared for your personal use only and are NOT FOR RESALE.

By using this Site you agree that you will not:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or its related systems.
• Transmit any harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable content.
• Use automated tools to scrape, collect, or harvest information from the Site.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your identity.

AIMM Network LLC does not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or accuracy of any third-party sites. THE SITE AND ALL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. AIMM NETWORK LLC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AIMM NETWORK LLC AND AIMM PARALEGAL SERVICES™ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR OUR SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL FEES PAID BY YOU FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AIMM NETWORK LLC AND AIMM PARALEGAL SERVICES™ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR OUR SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL FEES PAID BY YOU FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
